      Hi all!

      I got very interested into lucid dreams and OBE's after watching a TV program about sleep. I have been searching around this forum for a while and loved what I've read so far so I thought, heck, why don't I join

      Hope to find out more about lucid dreaming and meet a new bunch of people

      Welcome to Dreamviews! Like Hermes said, the tutorials section would be a good place to get familiar with some of the many techniques and methods for achieving lucidity. I also suggest starting a dream journal, so you can build up some good recall. Good Luck to you!

      I'm sure you'll find DV very useful for your lucid dreaming. I assume that since you just found out about it, you haven't had any yet? No worries, that will change Check out the tutorial section below, start with DILD and Reality Checks if you haven't read them already and always feel free to ask questions
