Thank you !!
At first I was gonna move (probably tried to, but SP didn't let me), so I got myself together and thought "I'm anywhere, but in my bed" and next thing I know I was watching myself, standing outside of one of my classrooms, then I kinda stepped int my body, knowing I was in a dream.

Yes, I was wondering how they were all related, or if they were all part of SP so decided to wikipedia it
I found that HH's (which include HI's, HS's and other kind of hallucinations) are not part of SP, but most of the times come with it.

Yup, I read about it yesterday, it's kinda creepy, but then, if you know that they are just hallucinations and there is no such thing as an old creepy woman sitting in your chest, making you have nightmares then you should be able to overcome it . About the alien abduction experiences, I also read that SP+HH's are most likely the causes of people believing they were abducted by aliens, however I'm also convinced that aliens do exist, I mean, the universe is pretty big x)
