Technically i've had 3 lucid dreams so far. But none of them were any fun. And they all required me to mess up my sleep schedule by doing WBTB.
1st: woke up in the morning, thought about doing the lightswitch reality check. Put on lucid dreaming isochronic tone from iso-tones.com and fell asleep. woke up, did the light switch check, i was in a dream, got REALLY excited, went into the next room and woke up
2nd: again WBTB with the tone, became lucid momentarily without any reality check, and without getting excited, but immediately woke up
3rd: was this morning. again WBTB after about 4 hours of sleep and about 45mins of being awake. I found myself in my room, and I knew I was dreaming. No need for reality check. Didn't get excited, but was feeling weird as hell (actually all 3 times it was weird). This time i was feeling a little floaty, so i started flying a little bit, more like hovering in my room. And then again I woke up. it only lasted like 30 seconds. About as long as my 1st experience, but longer thanthe 2nd.
I have tried doing WILD many times, but they never work.
I want something that I can do without waking up in the morning and messing up my sleep.
And I want the dreams to last for a long time (i read about all the spinning/hand rubbing/touching/yelling stuff and I don't have the control to do that, nor do I actually recognize when i'm fading out of the dream)
