      Hey.

      So, hey.

I've had several lucid dreams in the past, and am now keeping a dream journal. I can usually recall at least one dream a night, however I don't have a very reliable method to get lucid. I usually have success by finding ways to stay in my dream right when I start to wake up, but I have had several lucids right from my dream, too. I'd like to work on some dream control after that, too.

      Just introducing myself here.

Welcome to Dreamviews! Congrats on your lucid success thus far. I'm sure with experience and a bit of practice you will be able to improve your dream control. Its definately a good idea to keep a dream journal and try to keep it updated as much as possible. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask. Good luck in your future efforts!

      Welcome to DV!

It's great that you're already keeping a dream journal. That will definitely help you with getting better recall of your dreams, so just keep it up.

I recommend MILD for beginning lucid dreamers, but there are a variety of techniques you can try, so look through the tutorial section and try to see what you think fits best for you.
