Yeah, this has happened to me many times. Sometimes, in the morning when I am still sleeping, the tv will be on, or someone will be talking, and I can hear them in my dream.

Your subconscience is carrying over sounds from the real world into your dreams. Happens to me all the time with the T.V or people talking. Usually the sounds carry over into the dream, and I'm dreaming like I am in the T.V show but usually a bit different.

I would use the beeping as a moment to realize you are dreaming and become lucid off of that. Start doing RCs when you hear the beeping so hopefully you will do them in your dreams when you hear the noise.
