Just saying hello...
Hi everyone, just joined this site and found it to be really informative! I've had a couple of lucid dreams after half-heartedly trying to do several reality checks throughout the day but normally forgetting to do them!
The lucidity was brief but has spurred me on, so I am going to do it properly this time, starting with dream recall. Look forward to reading about all your experiences!
