      Hello Everyone

      Dear New Readers,
I'm new to Lucid Dream Forums. I tried Lucid Dreaming once, but gave up early. I'm going to try hard now. I've decided I want to reach Lucidity as to work on certain things like balance, baseball, and possibly bring academics in if its possible. And maybe some fun... Anyways, if your new too, we can discuss what has worked for us and what hasn't. Anyways, good luck to everybody. May the force be with you.

Welcome, and welcome back to lucid dreaming!

The most important factor to succeeding is being consistent in your practice. Never give up. Pick a method that you know you can realistically do (for example, MILD every night before bed) and then stick with it for as long as it takes. If you do this, I promise that you will eventually have lucid dreams.

The first step is starting a dream journal--if you haven't already. You can keep one here on DV. Good luck!
