      Yea, like I always suggest to newbies, try MILD/DILD first. But you should read as many tutorials as possible to find the one right for you.

      to Dreamviews. IF you stick around here, I'll bet that your lucid ability will skyrocket. When I joined DV, I had had one lucid dream in a year, now I"m closing in on 200 in three years. Feel free to ask questions and definately look at our tutorials.
