I agree with Naiya. It seems that your dream was destablising, but you weren't awake just yet. You did good by spinning, and your dream showed that by restarting. Congrats ! |

At the end of most of my dreams it goes all black. This usually makes me lucid, but only for about a second. Then I wake up. If it goes black and stays that way for a while for you, that could potentially be an effective way to become lucid. Just do what Naiya said and spin or rub your hands together. |

Yeah, you can do that. For example, when your dream vision gets blurry, you can try shouting "clarity now!" That one is classic. |
