I know that if you hold still, you can enter SP, and along the way, may get some very interesting sensations. It is not uncommon to feel as if you're falling when every major muscle in your body relaxes simultaneously. Maybe something similar is happening? |

Sensation curiousity
If I go to sleep and am thinking about my dreams and how I want to LD. I always get a spinning feeling and it only lasts for a little while. I can usually hold them with me for a little longer. Does anyone know what this is or what is it? By the way, this is my first post! Thank you.

I always feel a spinning sensation when I am thinking before bed. It relaxes me and allows me to sleep.
