At your first dream: IMO that's a real lucid, you did have some conscious actions but you just didn't have the complete control.
no , you can judge him, his the only one who can know if he was lucid or not.
he came here to know if that problem was normal, and how to prevent it.

Try rubbing your hands, makes it a lot more vivid and in that way gives more confidence in it being a dream (remember rubbing your hands when you do an RC, also in real life).
The second dream is a bit more on the edge. But you're getting there!!

OT:
What do you do or think after you say 'I'm dreaming'?
the problem is, he can't do these things if he is not aware that he is dreaming, I mean, at least he do it in autopilot, and for some reason, he becomes lucid.

good luck man, keep working
