      Newbie in need of help

I have no probably remembering my dreams and I really wanna start practicing WILD's but my sleep schedule is really messed up. I normally go to sleep around 4-5AM (and i am not even tired then) and i wake up around 1PM is this holding me back from lucid dreaming? I was thinking of staying up all night (I can do it easily) and going to bed around 10PM the next day. would I have to sleep more for missing a night of sleep?

P.S I know stress and worrying is a factor in this too (atleast i think it is) because I lost my cat 4 days ago and I have not seen him sense. should I take a break from Practicing Lucid Dreaming? Should i continue?

Well just be patient for your lucid, your sleep schedule probably isn't messing anything up. But if you want to stay up a night, the REM rebound is good for LDs. So if you want to, just give it a shot. If nothing more you'll at least dream a lot.
