Hi there! As you might guess, I'm new here.
I first heard about lucid dreaming around two or three years ago, by reading Stephen LaBerge's classical book (well, reading most of it, I think I didn't finish it all), tried it for some time and even experienced a couple of lucid dreams, but then somehow other things took over and I forgot about it.
That is until about a week ago, when I went back to it with new-found determination, and decided to take it seriously... so I started my dream journal, doing regular and random reality checks, setting my alarm clock at intervals throughout the night etc. So far I have experienced only one lucid dream, which was quite short and in which I couldn't do much, but I'm confident that time and practice will bring me to nothing less than perfection.
So, in the spirit of trying at the best of my possibilities and possibly of sharing my experiences with other people, I decided to register to this forum. I took a look around, and it seems very well done and structured, and I think I will really enjoy my time here.
So, to keep things short (oops, too late), hello everyone!
