      Hello World!

Hi, I want to learn MILD lucid dreaming, but in order to remember my MILD I must improve my dream recall (as i'm sure most of you know).
As of now, I have not remembered a dream in quite a while unless it was interruped or was a nightmare. Any tips would help

You're starting in the right place. Getting your recall up is the first step to making everything else possible. Have you checked out this tutorial, yet:

      Welcome, welcome.
Not all of the world is in here unfortunately, or even likely to be aware that lucid dreaming exists. Anyway, good luck with lucid dreaming and the sorts!

A majority of the world thinks you're crazy or practice witchcraft or something if you LD (save for the buddhists and tibetan monks.)

Now I wonder if my next door neighbor LDs. He's training to be a buddhist monk. lol

      Welcome to dream views Destroyah!
This is an extremely active community, and is also a relatively mature and friendly community. Since your new, do what Robot Butler said and read some tutorials. Try to organize some Dream Goals and start a DReam Journal. If your not sure what to put down as your goals, look at some other Dream Journals for inspiration.

Hope to see you posting soon!

If you have a few bucks or some free time, you can try and get your hands on a copy of Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming, which has some excellent ideas and tutorials. It's a rather cheap book at about $6.00 USD...also available online in PDF format. There is an entire chapter dedicated to the MILD method, and I believe there is also one for dream recall. I'm combining a few of the methods at the moment in a MILD/DILD hybrid.

      Good luck!

Welcome to dreamviews. I recommend WILDing or DILDing instead of MILD. Just an opinion, though.
