You are having just about the same problem that I am having. One thing that I learned that helps greatly is really getting into your reality checks during the day. Don't only ask yourself if you are dreaming but actually pay attentiont to what is going on. Look around and understand everything. Pay very close attention and most important do this many times a day. You won't get instant results but eventually your subconcious will start doing reality checks in your dream and you'll feel that spark of "I'm in a dream" feeling. Good luck. |
