Thread: Operation Lucid Dreaming.... so original, read please

Okay.... 6 30 here...... 3 or so more hours before I go to sleep, and then I have 3 days off Sat/Sun/Mon....
So this is what I'll do..... Mantras+RC+VISUALization during day time
I'll Meditate before I go to sleep..... RC read a book to relax
Mantras...... Visualization go to sleep
And Bam....
Prolly will wake up at ...... say.. 4 am..... ive been off track with 5 am for the past 2 days.... but besides that I'll go for 6 too....... And to my disblief I woke up at 6 30 am today, then 7 00, 30 min I actually had a decent dream about wearing pajamas in school... killing Helghasts..... and staring at my KFC plate next to my computer which should be on the kitchen table....
So I do Mantras+ Visualization........ I'll do WBTB+WIld..... will stop wild and switch to sleep if I don't feel it affecting me
Depending on when I wake up I'll even kick it up to 11 am... yes that happened last week. Sadly No Lucid
Then Will WILD at 1-3 am.... and same thing the next sleep cycle/days.
When I wild I'll try my best to last..

But I wonder...... when I mantras, VIsualization, mantras..... DO I have to stay in the same position? So incase nobody answers I'll just go with I don't have to...

This is my plan, what yall think ?

I might try VOSCA tomorrow. Coupled with a WILD at 4:30 AM, so I wake in an REM period

JARR.... the world of using other's WILD is getting to mya brain.... so..... screw that Ill come up with my own, but anyways How do you not lose interest lol? most of the time i just lay there, move couple of time.. the next thing I know its off to school

I'm thinking of using Yoshi's tec, without the blinking....... so to look at it from a health point of view.... I know I was doing this a while ago while the lights were on so they were not really pleasant for my eyes.... but Is it bad for health or something if you blink blink blink blink like crazy? I mean...... yeah that's overusing your body there... what do you think? Depending on the answer I might or might not do it

No wait..... Afternoon Naps arent dark.... so is there a diff between light and darkness while doing reverse blinkijng, if its fine in the dark, is it bad in the light?

I lose interest all the time and never get into HH, I dream about HH though. It just helps cause "wait, I can see now. I'm not in my room, i'm dreaming.!"

I have so many things that I want to do ....

Dont try to hard squaddle, I still havnt had much luck on the lucid dreams but the last few nights iv started to question "am I dreaming" in my dreams a little more. And thats all been since I stopped reading everything on here and just chilled. All i do now is rc occasionaly and take down my dream journal, i wake up often in the night so i think im getting close to DEILD. Iv just heard a few people on here say dont try to hard, itl happen so yea
