Hello,

My name is Mike and I have only been learning about LD for almost a week now. I have always had intense dreams, and could recall numerous dreams every morning. But never had I experienced a lucid dream, until Monday night. Its hard to describe the intensity of the whole situation. I was in a dream and then realized something was off, did a RC and immediately my body tingled w/ electricity, and it was 100% like I was THERE (in the middle of the desert btw). This happened 3 other times that same night (more like morning, b/c I woke up after 6 hrs of sleep at 8am, went about my day for 2hrs then returned to bed for another 2 hours. Read it was a great way to induce LD), but I had the same problem happen in all of them. I would start to lift off the ground and start spinning out of control. Soon I would be 300 ft off the ground and would either wake up or slip out of lucidity(? lucidness?). In the 3rd lucid dream, I knew I would soon start lifting up and spin off to the skies, so I had a friend try and tie me down...but that didn't work.
I imagine I am just not stabilizing my dream enough. (Didn't go lucid last night to try again)
Any tips would be much appreciated.
