      Smile Hi Everyone!

      Well, im brand new here and im really interested about lucid dreaming. I'm so excited for one that i would like to find out if anyone has any mp3 files that you can play before going to sleep on your ipod, and have a lucid dream. If not can you please introduce me to this whole process, and help me get my first lucid dream soon.

      Hey Ethan welcome to dreamviews, I suggest you read over the fabulous tutorials we have here, there's so much to learn from those and also you can read some threads etc.
      For the mp3s, there are many binaural beats that can help you lucid dream just type it in google, there are also other types of beats and meditational music.
      Hope that this helped and if you need more help don't hesitate to ask.

      Go onto luciddreaming forums on dreamviews and there should be a tutorials section.
      And for the binaural beats I don't know exactly what site but type if in google and you should find some. If you can't get them get a free software called ' gnaural' and you should be able to create the beats after you learn a thing or two about the binaural beats.

      Haven't tried either of these but I believe the Monroe Institute has them at their site. Also check out Monroeinstitue on You Tube. Also Lucidology.com has some sort of MP3s free to d/l.

      Thanks Everyone will be keeping updated.. oh and btw i was so focused on lucid dreams last night that I dreamed about showing All about lucid dreams to my mother because she was skeptical, so i ended up having a dream but Not a Lucid one

      They come in time, but only to those who are diligent in their efforts. There's a reason that not everyone has lucid dreams when they want: because it takes time and patience, and most of all, positive attitude/willpower toward having lucid dreams. Be one of the lucky ones who will strive to have lucid dreams.
