      Need help!

Hi i always used to remember my dreams but for that last 3 ears i have had no recall of any dreams whatsoever so i was wondering am i still dreaming because wen i fall asleep i feel like i drift off and 2 minutes later its morning. I'm really scared that i might not be able to dream anymore. i even tried drinking a lot of water before i go to bedand i woke up twice in the middle of the night and didn't remember dreaming at all but mabye it was because i was already in the bathroom peeing before i tried to remember my dream.i use to always remember my dreams and actualy i've had two lucids but i couldn't control anything but myself in either of them so i got frustrated and woke up. anyway please tell me if there is hope of me getting back my dreams

Even if you don't have any recollection of it you still dream every night. To aid in recall you might try some autosuggestion. While you are falling asleep repeat something in your head such as "I will remember all of my dreams". It doesn't have to be specifically that, it can be what ever you like.

Here is the tutorial on dream recall.

There is--though I do not know how there is or why there is--a sense of infinite peace and protection in the glittering hosts of heaven. There it must be, I think, in the vast and eternal laws of matter, and not in the daily cares and sins and troubles of men, that whatever is more than animal within us must find its solace and its hope. I hope, or I could not live.

      You're still dreaming.

Have you tried keeping a dream journal? That will really help with your recall over time.

its funny how you talk about these dream recall problems because i remember just a week ago i thought the same
i thought that i didnt have dreams anymore because it was just sleep then morning. same problem.
then i realised after reading these tutorials on this website that it was best to keep a dream journal.
it took me about 3 days to be able to recall my first dream but gradually you remember more and more as you are dedicated (with the journal) to remembering them.
