I've done that one before, and I must say that it didn't particularly work for me as far as going lucid... although it really did increase the vividness and recall of my dreams as I used it before my recall was really good. Although, I'm skeptical as to how much of it was psychological. |

Awesome! Yeah, I've certainly heard of it working wonders from some people, and others say there is no difference. Although, I think a lot of it is the mindset you bring when going into it. |

Haha, maybe I should actually try to "use" the placebo effect that it has. I think thats actually the only way that some people experience effects with other "doses" |

I agree, actually. I first discovered I-doser many years ago... I tried the peyote one thinking it would work, and I actually hallucinated a little bit - I watched the posters in my room sort of melt into the wall. Some people were telling me that they thought it was only a placebo effect and it didn't work again... |
