Several Questions about HI and SP

      Hi, people.

I am new to this forum but i am actually engaged into lucid dreaming for about a year.
I knew LDs from childhood where i was often flying in my dreams and began to control those flights. I never had a name for this phenomenom until a friend told me about it.
Since then i had several phases where i tried really hard to become lucid.
My problem is, that at first i always make really quick efforts but then come to a point where i don't get on anymore...

I dont have problems with dream recall, when i start writing my journal it takes about 2 days and i usually remember 4-5 dreams per night. I also have no problem with getting into sleep paralysis, i knew these breathing and relaxion techniques already before and i am used to them.
Atm i again perform about 20 RCs a day...

Still i dont get no real lucid dreams... i had 3 of these phases last year where i was really into the subject and had lots of false awakenings or real awakenings when i was close to become lucid but i always gave up after 2 or 3 month, because i didnt got further.

Now i try to WILD cause i think its the most interesting way to gain lucidity. in my last tries i always got into sleep paralysis and began to see Hypnagogic Hallucinations, at first blinking lights, then colours, then pictures and scenes, just like described in several guides.
Then i often come to a point where i feel my mind sinking into my pillow. it feels like my consciousness is located one meter beneath my body. Thats a great feeling but i still know at this point that if i would try to move, my real body would react.
So i try to imagine my in-dream-body as realistic as possible (rubbing my hands, feeling the floor beneath my feet, when i imagine to walk and so on)

The problem is now that i can try whatever i want, i wont get into a dream. I cant keep my visualisations stable... for a few minutes it feels stable, but then some wrong thought rips me out of this floating feeling and i just see the back of my eyelids again. This can be combined with a tingling feeling when i lose my relaxion and feel sucked back into my body...
then i perform RCs in my head to be sure its not a false awakening but they always turn out negative, as i also fully feel my body again...

This is really frustrating me, probably somebody here knows problems like this and can help me.
May be i am just to hasty in trying...

      Thank you dreamers for help

(pls excuse my english, my teacher sucks )
