      Hi! I'm new to this forum and wanted to talk to fellow lucid dreamers. I'm 23 and I'm practicing lucidity through paralysis. I've been having sleep paralysis since I was 12-13 and have been getting more once I hit 17.

      I joined because I've had hit-or-miss chances with lucidity; sometimes I'm in control and sometimes I don't. I'd like to learn how to control my sps when I get them. I get 1 or 2 sps in a week.

      Also, I'd like to share my experiences with sp and lucidity and meet new people on the journey of lucidity.
