This happens to many people. All I can suggest is focusing on them more, or try slow dream spinning, rubbing your hands together. Maybe someone else will have more tips. |

I've noticed ever since I had my very lucid dream last year, now I am still able to realize I am dreaming but I can't SEE anything. I try looking at faces and they seem either blurry or flickering in and out. I can hear them perfectly and they can here me perfectly too. Can someone please let me know a trick to increase my awareness of all my senses? |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Welcome! I hear good things about hand-rubbing to increase clarity, or shouting "clarity!", "more vividness!" is supposed to work too. |
