Hey, welcome to the forum! What book did you pick up? I highly recommend Exploring the World of Lucid Dreams by Stephen Laberge, it's really good. |

Through a random chat with a friend I have met on an online game, I came to the conclusion that I would very much like to start studying about dreams and especially Lucid Dreams. I have very little background in this area so it will be alot for me to take in from day to day. I picked up a book on Lucid Dreams after my friend and I chatted at some length and have just started to read it. Every since I was a teenager, I have always wondered how dreams worked and even how to intrepret dreams. I thought I would start here being that I have scanned the forums and have found many excited people who now share in the same interest as myself. Remember! I'm new so try to be patient with me as I start a new journey in life. |

"...and we want punks in the palace, 'cos punks got the loveliest dreams..." - A Silver Mt. Zion
It was the best of times. It was the end of times.
I bought "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming" by: Stephen LaBerge and Howard Rheingold |

Thanks everyone for the warm welcome! I have already found some very nice people here and have been enjoying reading the dream journals before I try to make my own. |

Like they said, that book is great, and everything they say about dreams is right. |
