a problem with lucid dreaming

so i have had a few somewhat lucid dreams like one time my friend cole was hanging out with a bunch of troublemakers and he was spraypainting stuff and i thot hey this must be a dream and i did an rc but i didn't really become lucid or if i did i probably would've flown into the sky at 100000000000000000 miles an hour and then the " lucid dream " continued and i didn't really become lucid so i've posted a thread like this before and a guy said to do rcs in the dream and it really didnt work so help me please i want these to stop

You have to do multiple RCs. I had 2 fail me in a row before finally getting one to work. I used to only do the nose one(hold your nose and try to breathe through it), but in a recent lucid, I had to do it 4 times before it worked. I think looking at text works almost all the time. If you look at certain text a few times, it should change. I use my digital watch for that. If you question whether you are dreaming, you probably are for sure. Hope I could help -FreakyDreamer
