Also, do have a look at the tutorials section and work on becoming more familiar with the different types of Lucid induction techniques.

Yep, hope your enjoying your stay You should also hang out in the chat. You can get any questions answered there instantly if anyone is on. There is a guide on how to use the chat when you open the chat feature at the top right hand corner. Join the lucid dreaming channel by typing /join #luciddreaming If you have used IRC chat before it should be a breeze. -CV

I haven't used IRC....I don't even know what that it, haha uh erm...but I'll give the chat a shot ^.^ No offence to those that like it, but I'd acutally advise against using the IRC for LD purposes until 1) you figure out how to get to the LD channel, and 2) people actually talk about Lucid Dreaming in there. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's what the IRC has shown me.

Hi Moondust! Wow look at that - you've already got off-topic discussion on your thread!! In addition to what's already been suggested, if you really want to learn how to lucid dream, you must read Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming by Stephen LaBerge. Best book written on the subject bay far. I'd say the best technique to try is DEILD coupled with WILD. Also be sure to keep a dream journal, either online or in a notebook next to your bed. I managed to have 4 LDs using the techniques listed here in the forums, but wanted a little boost, so I tried a supplement called Galantamine. It works, and has little against it, but you do want to research about it and how to use it by reading this thread: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=38677 It's a long thread, but within the first 4 or 5 pages you get all the info you need. I'd recommend trying for a month or two without supplements though before you try this... in fact it's probably best if you've already had an LD or two so you know about induction techniques and know what a lucid feels like.
