SleepyHeadCant, Welcome to DV!
These are actually very common dreamsigns. Many people experience them at one time or another.
The first one is often a sign of stress and/or anxiety. Most people have had dreams of being chased and not being able to run fast enough or being stuck to the ground or any other sort of running-impairment. My advice for this would be to do a reality check each time you stumble, stub your toe, etc. Since this is a dreamsign you are training yourself to respond to and recognize, you will also do a reality check (RC) in your dream and enable yourself to become lucid.
Flying/High-jumping is also a very common occurence when dreaming. It may mean that you feel free or are seeking freedom in your subconsious.
A fogginess of vision may mean that your subconsious feels unable to express itself, is looking for something that it isn't finding (often spiritually), or that you have anxieties. You may feel lost or like there is something missing in your life that you can't find.
NOTE: I don't profess to be a psycoanalyst or an expert AT ALL, and with the exception of the running (which is VERY common), I can only offer suggestions as to the causes and/or meanings of the other dreams, relating to your subconsious mind. YOU are the only one who can REALLY interpret your dreams with accuracy. There are all sorts of books that you can get that tell you they'll interpret your dreams, and they are relatively cheap. To be quite honest though, it is my personal opinion that these books don't have much credence to the individual experience. Nobody else can really interpret your ersonal experience (such as me ) and what is more individual than dreams? RATHER, I'd suggest you simply meditate on your dreams. In other words, just take a little while and think about them; see what YOU think they mean. If you let your consious mind shut down for a second, your subconsious will tell you "what it wants you to know" so to speak. And who knows, it may just be that you're stressed and need to settle down, find some freedom.
Anyway, enough of my dribble. Welcome again to Dreamviews!
