Thread: in the dream people haunting and executing me

hey guys im new here to lucid dreams
yesterday i was in a dream and suddenly i got lucid (maybe because i did some suggestions the day before)anyway i could fly easily by concentrating on any far object in the dream (buildings or distant trees)just by concentrating on an object in the dream and intent to fly to it i just go flying
anyway there was 3 friends of mine (i got no problem with them)who wanted to execute me in that dream (even when i got lucid)i tried and tried many many times to escape and fly away from them but they chase me anywhere i fly to i jumped off building i traveled from country to country flying and they just keep chasing me i killed them and again chasing me i said this is my f***ing dream and at the end they did execute me and i didnt die but the rest of the dream they said to me ( have to wait suddenly you will find yourself having the worst experiance ever and you will really die not only in the dream)anyway they turned my dream into a nightmare and i woke up so pissed off
so my question is
what to do if it's frequent in my dreams the something or someone is chasing and haunting me and i try over and over to escape from it but it keep finding me?
the other question is (is there's a better way to fly in a lucid dream instead of just focusing on one object ?cause i wanna fly freely not just in one direction to one object)
