Dreams are strange and wonderful, & so are crayons. Maybe try the same thing again, before you sleep - see if it works for you again. |

Ok, i never haved vivid dreams, but last night i haved a dream where i wen't outside and i saw the grass and the clouds, and the grass it looked sorta colorfull, but then i knew i was dreaming i tried to rub my hands, but nothing, and then i lost lucidty. Was my dream last night very vivid? Or was my mind tricking me into thinking it was vivid? I slept somewhere else tonight...And i really have bright dreams. But, then i rember i colored with crayons, like a hour before going to bed, could that have been the cause? |

When dreamers refer to vividness, its often compared to how realistic it looked. Dreams can be blurry or undetailed-- those are regarded as unvivid. But some dreams can be lifelike. Things are detailed, and feel solid, and don't look washed out or faded. Those are vivid dreams-- the ones that are most comparable to reality. |
