Hi! Well, I've always been interested in dreams, but I only recently learned about lucid dreams. My dream recall is fairly good and has been for as long as I can remember. I can't wait to hear about the dreams that other people have had and tell people about my own. Actually, I've even had a few lucid dreams, or at least somewhat lucid. There is also something that I would like to ask about. When I was much younger I often had this strange feeling that would come over me when I was lying in bed. I would simply be lying in bed and then I would get the feeling that the whole world has spun around extremely quickly, like I had gone upside down and then back up again. It has been so long though that I can't remember what I had been doing before that or what I did after. Any idea on what it could have been? btw my username is the same name that someone in one of my dreams had. ^_^

I think a lot of people get vibrations or rocking feelings as they're drifting to sleep. A lot of the time when I'm falling asleep I'll feel like I'm almost on a swing or something. Welcome to DV!
