      Hello people

      Hello (:
I'm pretty new at this stuff, although I did some research and know some stuff about lucid dreaming. I started lucid dreaming 3 days ago, and from that day I'm keeping a Dream Journal, witch is filled with 3 dreams so far, even though I usually can't remember my dreams. I started the journal because of this site, witch gave me hope about becoming a lucid dreamer

I can't remember that I ever became lucid really... But I've tried doing WILD (2 times now) . The first one went very well, I felt my body becoming heavy and felt a "stone" on my chest, but that was that because I opend my eyes too soon I guess. The 2nd try was a total faillure xD

Uuhm, I'm also Dutch so forgive my english grammer
That was about it i guess.

      Welcome to DreamViews.

One of the most common hypnagogic hallucinations during sleep paralysis is feeling a weight of some sort on your chest. It sounds like you were pretty close. Lucid dreaming just takes determination.

Oh and you spelled witch wrong (as in a green old hag with a broom). You mean "which" I'm sure. I don't blame ya though. My ancestry is Dutch but I'm American and english is the only language I know (besides maybe a little spanish).

      Thats Cool
I'm going to call it a night now, going to try to dream and recognize some things, maby trying a WILD again, or at least just the part where you lay motionless
I think I'll ask some questions later, but for now, Good Night

Don't get frustrated with your WILD attempts. It can take a little practice. We have a ton of tutorials and guides about WILD.

It seems everyone has a slightly different trick that works for them.

      Wake Initiated Lucid Dream

It's pretty much making a direct switch from waking to dreaming: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=66238
