      Hey Hey~!

hey whats up dv?! i just starting learning about lucid dreams like maybe a week or two ago and im having some trouble and i was looking for some help i had been reading your tutorials and decided to join. my problem is that i have absolutely no dream recall for some reason i used to have it and be on and off with it and now it seems like i dont have it at all anymore. ive had one lucid dream that i can remember pretty vividly but i didnt do an rc or anything like that. So the the part of the dream i started to really vividly remember was it was in third person and i didnt have a body i just felt like a fly on the wall. I was sleeping on the floor and there was just a party and it was like early morning and the sun was shining through a sliding glass door of what looked like a hotel room but there weren't any beds. just a bar to the right of where i could see and a couch in front of me and a bunch of passed out people sort of scattered around the floor and i was sleeping between the table and love seat. but right in front of me i saw my girlfriend sitting on the couch with another guy and they are about to kiss and as they start to lean into kiss one another i saw myself get up in the dream and then i felt myself IRL get up and then the dream ended.

and i was skimming through the forums and i was reading that if you can recall most of your day and write it down its just like have a DJ. but my problem is i cant even recall my dreams well enough to construct one and i just dont understand why and if i do remember a dream its barely anything and its really really foggy.

      Help? please?

Hello, welcome to the forums. Do you have a dream journal right now? It doesn't matter if there's anything in it. If you don't, get a diary or a notepad or something and write down My Dream Journal, then place it by your bed. If you do this, you are letting yourself know that you're serious about recalling your dreams, which in turn will make it easier to recall them. Write down anything you remember. It doesn't matter how small or unimportant. Ask questions like: What was I doing before that? and How did I get there? It's also best if you wake up in the middle of the night to remember your dreams. Just trying to remember your dreams in the morning might not be enough.

hi doppler most people have no dream recall because most of us dream all of the time. lucid dreaming for me has quite often felt like being a fly on the wall. if you feel that way just pause, have a look around and imamaging a deap breath , good luck, l
