      Question about WILD

      I have a question about the WILD process or more likely to see if I understand this clearly.

      First, you wake up in the night before a REM stage and lay down again trying to reach sleep paralysis. Then once you see hallucinations ( I saw wavy colors), you know you're almost there.

      I am unsure of when and how you know you have fully transitioned from external focus to internal.

      Finally, I believe I might know the difference of a v wild and a traditional wild.
      Is the v wild when you have control( like if you were in the matrix and changing the scenery) and is the traditional one where you have no control over the scenery.

      Finally, I would appreciate if someone would tell one of their experience or gave me a link that described how they did it and what happened.

      V-WILD is one where you imagine the scenery and then enter it, while WILD you just focus on staying awake and then end in a dream, generally, when it happens, you will know it, though it is recomendable to do a RC while WILDing so that if you fell asleep and ended in a FA, you can become lucid.

      Also I have another question.
      I know a few RC like plugging your nose and checking texts. Are there any more?
      If there is a list that would be appreciated. TY

      Don't know if there is a list, but you could try breathing through your mouth while its closed, look at a watch, try to use a superpower, a post-it on the wall.

      The first one that pops into my mind is counting your fingers.

      A couple of others are if electronic devices work, putting your finger through your other hand, and thinking back to the last thing you remember doing.
