I'M NOT ALONE! This is me saying Hi with a big smile. =)

Just wanted to squeeze in a 'hi' in this part of the forum, since Im a new member =)

And a little teaser about me perhaps?

      Why am I here?

I've been struggling with SP since early childhood, not knowing the cause of it and why it happens. Always causing me to panic. I've also had LDs since early childhood aswell. Most likely the result of all of my endless nightmares, which taught me how to jump out of a dream whenever I wanted. After a while I started to recognize dreams automatically and played joyfully, altering dreams back and forth. As I grew older those dreams started to fade, SPs didnt happen quite as often any longer. Now at the age of 20, hitting 21 in a month, I bumped into those words "Lucid Dreaming" and "Sleep Paralysis". I FINALLY got those answers Ive been looking for. Finally I wasnt alone - oh how wrong Ive been. Tho Ive been the only one in my family and among my friends. My father even told me "Its no possible to know that you're dreaming."

      I'm quite happy atm =)

Attempted WiLD last night - success and disaster!
Got panic when my body got paralyzed - as usual. Got drunkenned sleep and moved around a little bit in my appartment (ofc knowing I was dreaming) and woke up. Need to teach myself that its actually not harmful.

Also tried WiLD midday this afternoon - success and disaster!
Just as my body started to float, spotify commercial bounced me back.

Anyway, that was my 'hi' post. I'm gonna practice like hell and mastering it better.
