Hello! I've actually been on these forums a long time ago, but I can't remember my old username or anything. But I've decided to come back and see what's up again. :-)

So I've been lucid dreaming on and off before, mainly during summer breaks when there's no school to interfere, and I've tried the methods WILD, DILD, FILD, DEILD, etc... Sometimes they would work, but most of the time I'd find myself waking up hours later confused and frustrated. So I basically gave it up.

Recently though, I've accidentally discovered that the best time to LD is actually during a nap. Despite being a college student, I'm not much of a napper: I've only taken 2 naps total during college. Interestingly though, the first one I fell into sleep paralysis and hypnagogic aware and the second one led to a WILD. But it's only during this summer when I started taking more naps that I found myself inadvertently feeling the tremors of WILD in 90% of the naps. Without even trying! The only downside is that shaky feeling of WILD is for some reason strongest in my uhh... balls.

Nevertheless it's awesome to LD again, since my summer school class completely bum me out. Haha.
