do i get my picture on here?

Go to the very top right hand corner of the page by your name and click "Control Panel." Then, on the sidebar on the lefthand side, click "edit avatar."

And then if you click "edit signature," you can add [img] tags around the location of a picture on the internet to get a sig pic.

EDIT: oh, no, only a few people are allowed to do that. Sorry. In that case, you can enter the location of a picture and click "insert sig pic" to create empty [sigpic] tags. Don't fill them in...the picture will appear on its own.
