I took a nap recently and became very close to lucidity. I've had lucid dreams before, i've just never planned or induced them. It seems like a spontaneous nap could really trigger some results. I feel like the way to make things work for me is a split change. I have trouble finding a middle ground between awake and asleep mindset. So riddle me this, is napping a good way to go? |
