      I'm new here too! :)

Hi, folks, hope to get to know some of you.
I've been trying for about 2 or 3 weeks now and not really had any luck yet. But I have been trying to ghive myself Star Trek dream and these seem to work, but no lucidity as yet.
      Gonna keep practicing though.
Is it good to determine the theme of your dream whilst also intending to have a lucid dream as part of the theme?

And just what can you really do in a lucid dream? Could I turn a red car blue? Make a dragon appear? Travel to the past or future? Travel to another planet?

One other thing I'm hoping to achieve is to have T'ai Chi themed dreams.

      TH.

Well, I'm even having star trek dreams even without willing it which happened last night.
I'm starting to notice recurring signs in my dreams too.
I even got a poster in one of my dreams which I felt was aimed at me, but all I can remember reading is the word 'jewel'.
Had my first scarey dream too, it started out like me entering some type of performance called " the haunted wood"; my mom told me to be careful but I scoffed at her. It got really creepy then dangerously scarey. 2 people told me to dtop this creature from attacking me by shrieking and twisting its tie (???) round and round. They were reading these instructions from a sign on a wall that I couldn;t see. It wasn't working, but then I woke up.

That's something I need to do more of I guess. Dream journal going ok and I have very easy dream recall, maybe too much cos I have long dreams and end up writing a lot. LOl

Well, I'm still not getting anywhere with lucid dreaming, but my dream recall is excellent and my dreams are getting more detailed and longer. I seem to be having moments between dreams where a voice (my voice or just my own thoughts?) are telling a story of what is happening in the dream; does anyone know what I mean by this? Does anyone else experience this? Not sure if I'm actually really talking the words as I'm halfway between sleep and being awake. Yjen the next dream starts properly.
