      Had my first lucid dream!

      So I stumbled upon this site about a week ago as I was sick with the flu. I had searched up Nikki Sixx a member of the band Mötley Crüe and figured out that when he had an overdose he had an Out of body experience and upon looking up that found about lucid dreaming and well here I am.

      I've been around here looking up the methods and have faild the first three times I tried but last night I went to sleep while using the MILD induction. I ended up waking up at 2 AM and got up got some water went back to bed and did a RC (I had been doing it most of the day). And realized I was dreaming. Then had a FA did another RC just jokingly and I was dreaming. I can't remember much after that but I ended up waking up from spinning to change the landscape. I can't wait to have another one.

      Also, which method did I end up using? I tried MILD woke up and went back to bed thinking "The next time I am dreaming I will realize I am dreaming" over and over in my head.

      Im pretty sure that you did a WBTB(Wake Back To Bed) and ended up having a lucid dream.

      And in only a week? That's awesome! I can't wait to have my first LD, although I guess I need to work on remembering dreams first...

      Lucid dreaming is my new favourite thing! Had my first last night tottally by accident. It was a rather sexual one
