      Thumbs up Hi dreamers!

Hi everyone, I'm quorthonafull, but you can call me Matías. I'm new on this (i had some semi-lucid dreams but no LDs), and blah blah bleh blah bleh, I am not god introducing myself...

I'll ask for some advice if I "get stuck". Can you give me some hints on WBTB?

      Thanks!

      PS: Sorry for my english

      Heya.

WBTB is a foundational element of many lucid inducing techniques. In a nutshell you get 4 to 6 hours of sleep (I suggest six), wake up, get out of bed and return after a period of time has passed. Generally the longer awake the better be it 60 minutes or more. The only pitfall is getting too awake to where you cannot get back to sleep effectively defeating the entire purpose.

Don't take my word for it. Puruse this tutorial in case you haven't stumbled on it already: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=64626.

Hello Matías and welcome to DV's forums. You have come to the right place if you are looking for good answers to your questions. I am also newer and want to learn more as you do as well.

Hey Matias! Welcome to DV I think GA pretty much gave you the advice I would have, so I won't repeat him, but I just wanted to welcome you here.

If there's anything you need help with, feel free to search around the forums, but if you get stuck with anything, just post your question or let one of the Dream Guides (the guys and gals with the green names) know and we'll do our best to point you in the right direction. See you around and best of luck!!
