      Can't remember lucid?

To start off I will say that my recall blows...hard.. I can remember fragments of my dreams when I wake up, sometimes I kinda, sorta, almost remember being lucid in a dream the night before, is it possible for me to forgot lucid dreams that I have?

      That's VERY, VERY, VERY common.

      VERY. COMMON.

You just need to get your recall up a bit more. There's a reason most of the people on this forum suggest getting better recall before you start having lucids

I don't know how common it is, but if you find it difficult to recall dreams in general, it's likely that you may have become lucid at some point(s) and just don't remember. That's why we always encourage new members to keep a dream journal, write your dreams down, and be persistent. Even if you're just remembering bits and pieces, write them down! You may find that by writing them down, you might dislodge other pieces of the dream that you can now recall. Like everything else, it takes practice and determination. We're cheering you on, so let us know if there's anything we can do to help

When you wake up, try lying still and not moving ANY muscles in your body, or even keep your eyes closed. Try to recall as much as possible then write it all down as fast and detailed as you can before it slips away!
