A stupid weird mystery

So, down the street there's this dude. His house burned down last year. He put up a trailer. Then it burned down. Here's where the mystery start.

He now has a new trailer. It looked like it was in good condition two months ago. Then he put a tarp up on the outside. You could see where there was some damage. A few days later, another piece of tarp. Then one over the roof.
Over the course of two months the whole thing fell apart. I would think he was using it for parts, except that he actually abandoned ship. All of his household goods are out on the lawn, covered in plastic. Now the ceiling has caved in on half of the trailer. Not only that, but there is nothing to use the parts ON. This trailer is the only structure within half a mile in every direction.

What the hell?!

Maybe the guy is a paranoid schizophrenic or has some kind of mental disorder that causes him to hallucinate and do crazy shit to burn stuff down and destroy it because he thinks people are after him, etc. Remember A Beautiful Mind?

He is pretty old, and he drinks a lot. He also has a meth addicted son that doesn't live there.

ROFL! I got my threads mixed up.

He's an old creepy dude with a meth head son, who drinks too much. I have plenty of friends like this... but I'm not trying to make more.
