I find that sexuality is more about traits than it is about labels as some sometimes make it out to be.
For example, a hetero male is not interested in adult women per se, but rather, finds the traits that define an adult woman; large breasts, hips, hour-glass figure and so on so forth.
I've been interested for a while, what are some of the traits that are attractive to homosexuals?

For pedophilia, it's probably the size of the body, flat chest, roundness in the face, and probly more.

I think only some fetishes have to do with orientation...there's not really a function accept to please you more sexually, i guess they are just there because they are stimulating

I think fetishes are a way of intellectualizing sex and making it "safer". It's a way of transferring your desire onto objects costumes or ritualized acts rather than people, and removes the real interaction required for personal intimacy. Intellectualizing isn't quite the right word, but I can't think of it right now. Objectifying maybe.

Hmm, but, looking from an evolutionary standpoint, there always seems to be a reason for our attractions. As in the video I posted. There's a reason why most men like large breasts and wide hips and so on, so shouldn't there be a reason for fetishes as well?
Personally I think it's probably just random fuck-ups in the brain, like every other deviant sexual orientation. I just wonder how and why the brain chooses the objects to be sexually obsessed with. Feet seem to be a common one. It's strange that it would be a common one, I think.
