I suppose if you use it enough, when the rightful owner gets billed for those minutes, he or she will realize that somebody has his or her old phone, and will call the number and ask for the phone back. All you need to do is wait for what might be a very remarkable phone call. Remember to say that you made a few calls deliberately only as a means of deliberately notifying the True Owner and that it was always your intention to return it. This will keep the owner from becoming to outraged and hostile. |

To turn it off, there might be a button with a symbol that looks like a circle with a vertical line inside it, or running through it. Hold it for 3 seconds and it will turn off (most generic cell phones work like this) |

Look at what brand and what kind it is and google the fuck out of it. |

Some phones reset if it hasn't been used in a while (mine does it each month ), so that could be the reason why if doesn't have any numbers in the adress book. Try the nearest mobile phone store, and they will probably be able to tell you the model of the phone, or may even be able to give you a new SIM card so you can get a new mobile number. As for downloading games n' stuff, the phone probably has an icon to connect to the interent via WAP (Wireless Application Protocol). |
