Thread: Resolution value question

If you think I plagiarized this, don't reply at all instead of posting your ignorant accusations as I could do without them.

Is the assignment about coming up with situations where that "value" would have primarily positive (affirmative) and negative reactions/outcomes? That's kind of how I understand it.

Step #1: Understand the question and what the teacher is looking for. (You may understand it, but it's a bit unclear on my end.)

I am writing cases that will be used in a debate. One for the Affirmative (agreeing with resolution) side, and one for the Negative (disagreeing with resolution) side.

Court cases? Events in the past that have used this "resolution"? Try looking up "National Security vs. Individual Rights" or "overruling individual rights."

If you're looking for court cases, that's not my forte. Just try to think of what rights an individual has (property, bearing arms, speech, etc.) and which ways might justify overrulling them.

I don't mean to be rude but.....what part of debate cases did I make unclear? Not court cases, debate cases.

Heck, this thread is irrelevant now anyways. The papers are due tomorrow. I figured out my question on the value, but it was still hard as hell.
