      For ATM users

      Hi DV'ers, I haven't been here for quite some time now (and I really missed it )

      I recently got an email from a friend and thought of sharing this here. I know most of you already know about this cause it has been in circulation for the past days.

      Here it goes:

      PIN NUMBER REVERSAL (GOOD TO KNOW)

      If you should ever be forced by a robber to withdraw money from an ATM machine, you can notify the police by entering your Pin # in reverse.

      For example if your pin number is 1234 then you would put in 4321. The ATM recognizes that your pin number is backwards from the ATM card you placed in the machine.

      The machine will still give you the money you requested, but unknown to the robber, the police will be immediately dispatched to help you.

      This information was recently broadcast on TV and it states that it is seldom used because people don't know it exists.

      I just want to ask your views, opinions, violent reactions on this.

      I have a solution, make sure nobody is around when your getting money, and don't get money at 12 midnight in some store where nobody can see you...

      I usually get my $$ during the day, or morning when people are around, I nearly refuse to goto an atm at night, im such a sissy i know.
      I would rather die on my feet then to live on my knees.

      heh, well the main reason I'm afraid of being robbed is I can't defend myself if my life depended on it, I'm like one of those helpless girls being robbed at the atm, only im not a girl haha

      I'd probally cry if held at gunpoint and not be able to even withdraw the money, and end up being shot probably.
