They sing both the American and Canadian national anthems at hockey games if we are playing a Canadian team.

From what I hear, she's Canadian. Do you know the Canadian national anthem? And what would you have done if you forgot the words, stood there and delayed the hockey game while you waited to remember them?

I don't know the words to my national anthem. I don't agree with the parts that I do know anyway.

If you're selected to be singing the national anthem, for a televised, professional-league hockey game, for a crowd of thousands, you have better damn learned the lyrics to the song you're singing.

I don't know the words to mine either. Mainly because it sucks, rule britannia would be better. Not really cos I agree with imperialism but just because it's a better song!

I've always said Ghostbusters should be our national anthem. It may not have anything to do with Britain or the Queen, but it's pretty damn catchy! We'd be the coolest kid in the metaphorical playground of the world.
