Eh, he could sue you for using a tazer, and for using pepperspray. Sometimes, spraying people in the face with mace isn't the smartest idea, no matter how moronic they are.

Remember, pepperspray is for self-defense, not "omg he yelled at me so I sprayed him."

Yea I'm sure im going to get sued when being robbed at an atm and i taze someone,

im pretty sure the scum bag will goto jail and I won't get sued.

I wasn't referring to if you got robbed at the ATM, I was referring to Mes Tarrant's shannanigans. You can't just spray someone in the face with pepper spray because they yelled at you. And unless she was walking across a crosswalk, at a red light, that would be jay-walking.. which probably murders any prosecution she'd try to come up with. I'm just saying, violence is not the answer... in some cases.
