...AND my back. A broken ankle and a broken back all at one time! Actually, here's a pic of the xray of the screws in my ankle..

The screws are meant to stay in there forever unless they start bothering me. They say I'll have arthritis in my ankle and my back when I'm older because of these injuries. Yay :/

Hey there, Tabby. Damn. That's pretty hardcore. I've crashed hard on some trampolines before, but never anything like that. How did it happen?

      Wow!!!!

I'm sure airport security is a bit of a problem though, with all those metal detectors around !

EDIT: I'm referring to Burns's angle.

I've never been stopped going through the airport, but the metal detector got me on the way into a federal building once, but they didn't give me much of a problem about it.

O, how's your ankle feeling? Hope you're taking it easy!

Ahhh, yes. Those damn double bounces can be deadly. Did you catch the bounce and fly off the tramp, or did your knees (and ankle, apparently) buckle when you bounced and you just kind of fell on the tramp itself?

It's doing much better. It's still a little sensitive to the touch, and I still don't have full range of motion without it hurting, but my limp is getting better. Haha. But yeah, I'm taking it easy.

I got double bounced off of it and landed wrong on the ground. I didn't know my ankle was broken at first, but I knew I did something bad to my back. I couldn't stand. What a buzzkill

But yeah, take it easy on that ankle. It will take awhile before it feels normal again. Sometimes sprains can take longer to heal than a broken ankle, since the tendons/muscles are involved. I hope you're on some anti-inflammatories to help with the swelling. Hope it feels better soon

Buzzkill! That would have been terrifying but I suppose the booze helped keep you calm and may have even kept you loose enough so that you didn't end up paralyzed!

That's the truth! I sprained my ankle MONTHS ago and by the end of the day it still swells up and looks like I have a large egg size lump on the outside of my right ankle.

      Wow that sucks you two.

10 inch boots. Never leave home without them. Ankle support is king.
