I don't think you look like a bitch, but I believe there must be a way that certain people look that to other certain people signals "bitch!" Maybe arched eyebrows, or a certain mouth shape? I don't think that's completely unrealistic or surprising that people make those judgments. It's human nature to observe and judge and then draw conclusions based on that.

The part that bugs me is that this person went and told you that in what sounds like a rude message. They have every right to think what they want, but trashing you was unnecessary.
